Duz anyone know how to turn on the citronella bark collar?

its second hand and it worked when i first got it...the batteries died and i bought more today...i put the batteries in and now i cant seem to turn it on...im not even sure were the on button is...lol...i know its a silly question but i cant leave till i have it on...

  1. There is no 'on' button. The box may need to be repaired. Our collar did the same - even with fresh batteries, it didn't work. Contact the company and see if they will fix it for you.

    Oh, and you're sure it's filled with citronella, right?


  2. take it to petstore and see if they can help... they can look at it.
