Hi, I have a built in dvd burner in my hp notebook. i have never had problems burning music or home videos before, but now it is coming up with two errors. 1) bad media 2) dvd burner is not connected. I have tried a couple types of media that I had on hand and several different ways to try and burn my disc, but nothing! it will get to 99% written and tell me one of the two error messages.
