  1. Download and install a copy of DVD Shrink. It's free and can be found here: http://www.dvdshrink.org/

Make a copy of your DVD and specify the region it came from. DVD Shrink will copy the DVD and (hopefully) make it readable in your machine.

    HTH and good luck.

  2. you need to go get a Multi-Zone DVD player. Every country has a region. Australia/New Zealand is Region 4. Europe is Region 3. America/Canada Region 1.

They aren't expensive, about $50 will get you a multi zone dvd player. Just make sure you know it's multizone before you buy it.

EDIT: Basically what I am saying is You have a region 1 DVD, but a region 3 or 4 DVD player. They are not compatible. You need a Multi-Zone DVD player. That way you can play DVD's from all regions.

  3. You need a multi regional dvd player.
