Dvd shrink free download

Question

I have looked for this software to transfer my home videos onto 1 file. Cannot seem to do it through NERO as does not recognise the files. Does anybody know a totally free website to get DVD shrink as all the ones I find that say they are free, then take you to a credit card payment page??
