Dvd wont work?

i've been trying to watch a dvd for two days now on my dvd player, it's worked fine before but now it keeps saying 'no disc' So, i tried a different dvd and it worked. I assumed it was the dvd, not the player. then i tried the dvd in my sisters dvd player and it worked fine, so it's not the dvd itself. why wont it let me play it?

You could try using a disk clearner a clean up the disk. Most will also be able to fill in deeper scatches. Then try it again, if it still does not work take it somewhere and get it fixed or return it for a new one.

Any new software recently. Reinstall the DVD drive. Do you have install software?

may be lens of ur DVD is suffered from dust or anything.....may be its damaged check do u able to play another DVDs with ur DVD player if not den u hv to eighter clean or replace ur DVD lens if u hv cleaning DVD clean it or call to vendor.
