Dwain Chambers?

Dwain Chambers has lost his case against the BOA's by-law and will therefore not be competing at the Beijing Olympics.

I personally am pleased.

Is he in the right to appeal or as he knew the rules before he knowingly took drugs should he pay the price?

  1. He got a 2 year ban for using whatever. The 2 years is up, why wont they let him race?

    Stupid.

  2. If he took any illegal drugs then he should not be able to compete until he is clean and the drugs no longer effect his performance. Banned for life is a little harsh but athletes should see that drugs are not a casual thing. I think it is more of an example to everyone else (other athletes) of the punishment that will happen if they use and the consequences. by giving him a harsh punishment it might make other athletes think twice about drugs. It should be no surprise to them that if they cheat an do stuff like that then they will be punished.

  3. he should raced. he paid his time

rooney had s*x with a granny and didnt get in that much trouble

adrian mutu took cocaine and had a 9 month ban but is still playing right now.
