  1. Well you can google them and you usually get a good amount of information on just about anything at google. Or you could go to the petstore you got them from, (or any local petstore for that matter) and buy a book about dward hamsters. Or if you can't, rent a book about them from the LIbrary, im sure they have them

  2. Googling it IS a good idea. They're are a lot of websites owned by experienced owners or breeders, who know more then the majority of us!

You can also get a book from the library that will give detailed care advice. Like Hamsers for Dummies; or just a good on specificaly Dwarf's.

    Good luck!

  3. Well first thing to know is that there are four types of dwarf hamsters: Chinese, Robo, Campbells, and Winter Whites.

If it is Chinese you can tell by looking at the tail if it is really noticable than it is a Chinese. But these are rare and hard to find, so you praballly don't have one .

    Robo's:

These guys are tiny(4-5cms). They also have white "eyebrow" marks. They are extremely fast! They are also a sandy color with a white belly.  Here is a website about them: http://roborovskihamsters.webs.com/

    Campbells and Winter Whites:

These two are often confused with each other and have been interbreed so you may have a hybrid. This is most likely what you have. They are very common and come in variety of colors. Here is a site to help you see if you have one and which one you have.  http://www.freewebs.com/happyhamsterhelp...

Dwarves are similar to syrians in there needs the difference in there physical needs is that Dwarves really shouldn't be kept in wire cages, because they can easily escape or try to escape and get stuck.

Dwarves need extra attention to make them more friendly. They should be handled reglarly and they have a lot more energy than syrians so they should have a working wheel all the time along with regular time in a run-about-ball.

    Hope this helps!!

    Good luck With your Hmaster
