he blasted 10 fours and three sixes.

The hard-hitting batsman expressed that he went in to bat with an aggressive approach and wanted to take the bowling apart. He feels honoured to have batted alongside the legendary cricketer, who is considered to be one of the best batsmen in the history
of the game.
Smith mentioned that it was a touch difficult for him to cope with the new ball but things became easier for him once the ball got older.
"I just decided to go out there and back myself. I know that I had a great partner in Sachin (Tendulkar) so I just went out there and did what I had to do. We batted well. The first six overs were good and then it probably became easier from there and overall
we batted far better," the all-rounder said.
While talking about the upcoming ‘do or die’ encounter against the defending champions, Chennai Super Kings, the 29-year-old cricketer from Barbados claimed that his team will be at its peak in the remainder of the tournament.
"I think every match is going to be a hard match but we have the confidence now going into this game that we can take into the game against Chennai," Smith added.
The two teams will be up against each other on May 23, 2012 at Bangalore.
