Dwhy does my computer ip address changed by its self?

Question

like yesterday it had a different ip address,and today i went to these websites to locate my ip address and one gives a different city.

is this good that it change and is it normal

i was browsing in these websites that hide your adress but they dont change them

my computer is not a laptop

Your isp is assigning you an ip address

If you want a stable one, then you have to get a different broadband plan.
