  1. The whole point of swimming is to get wet but try getting a swim cap and make sure all you hair is in it. Get a silicon cap latex pulls your hair.

  2. Your hair will get wet anyways, but wear a cap. Try to rinse out your hair as soon as you get out of the pool (washing it would be even better). Use Stripping shampoo (the stuff that gets everything out) once or twice a week.

If you really don't want to get your hair wet at all, then don't let it get below the water. That has never worked for anyone I know though.

  3. your hair is gona get wet no matter what!!!!!!!!! I use the john freida collection to maintain my natural color and i wash my hair as soon as i get out of the pool

  4. dont go swimin

  5. If you condition your hair before you swim and then wash and condition your hair as usual after you swim, you shouldn't have to worry.  I read this tip in a magazine earlier in the month and plan to try it myself just because I don't want my hair to turn green or get any lighter than it already naturally has.

  6. Your hair will get wet anyway.

The best thing you can do is WET your hair in the shower before it gets a chance to absorb pool water. Apply some conditioner too, before putting on the swimming cup. Although your hair will get wet anyway, swimming cup will still protect it from physical damage from floating around too much.

Shampoo and condition after the pool. I use Fructis or John Frieda Collection.

Use oil treatment once a week.
