Dyed hair and swimming?

i just dyed my hair today brown with blonde highlights. I swim A LOT just going to the pool on a regular basis. How long should i wait to go, i dont want it to turn green! Already happened once, never again.

three days to a week depends on how your hair is, if it is sensitive wait a week.

its ok to go in the pool after dying ur hair. it may look green when wet but when it drys it will look normal. the color may fade a tiny bit from the clorene though.

i have nad my hair dyed a milion times and gone in a pool within the next two days and it never happened to me. but just to make sure i would wait atleast a week.!
