Dying bleach :) please help?

Question

Dying my hair with XXL live went very wrong leaving the top yellow and white with lumo orange streaks.

I want to dye it back medium brown and I can only afford to use home dye packs.

I heard about doing it red first?

Im not sure what to do, please help!!

pigments are very resistant, don't do it red first

just use a darker shade of brown and it will even out in time
