Dying my hair like Bill Kaulitz...? how?

I've heard he uses extensions :( disappointing. but I am not good at telling a hair stylist what to do. I tried once and they said they dont do black because of all the people that complain of regretting it. anyway, I've been thinking and is it really possible to do the blonde streaks cause thats what i really like about it, and i have naturally dark brown hair. Can you please help me figure out how this works...or am i gonna have to get blonde extensions on solid black hair? Thanks!

Just the blond/white streaks that he used to have were extensions because it's impossible to dye hair that is black, white, without wrecking it.

well first of all Bill doesn't have extensions and he doesn't have highlights they are called low-lights which the hairstylist only does half of the hair you would need a black color dye but not jet black and choppy razor-ed layers short on top and long coming down and your end result should look like this yet again its best if you give a pic of him to your hairstylist...♥
