The Dinamiki have signed the Dutch sensation on a reported four-year contract for an undisclosed fee.
However, Dynamo are still negotiating over Noboa’s transfer, who had himself expressed the desire to leave his current club, earlier this year.
Though Dynamo have not approached the talented midfielder for the first time, they are the favourites to tie up a deal this time around. The Russian outfit tried to sign the 26-year-old during the summer transfer window last year.

“The season has turned pretty good for us but we must continue the good run. Dynamo wants to build, so it was a right step from the leadership - to extend the contracts with the leaders.
