Vladimir Rykov has admitted that his side is not happy with series of disappointing Russian Premier League results and has urged his side to win against Dundee United
Dynamo Moscow defender, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Fabio-c13152 Capello, after losing their first two league matches against Volga Nizhny Novgorod and
Zenit St. Petersburg.
The former England manager, who replaced d**k Advocaat at the helm after a disappointing Euro 2012 campaign, was there to see the crunch league encounter between Dynamo and Zenit on Saturday.
“I think, during these two rounds, we have failed to make a strong impression on Capello.” The former Kamaz player was quoted as saying.
The Dinamiki suffered a 2-0 defeat against the St. Petersburg club at Petrovsky stadium after losing against the Volgari, last month. As things stand, the Musora are at the bottom spot on the league table.
Dynamo will now play the upcoming UEFA Europa League qualifier against Dundee United at Tannadice Park on Thursday. However, they will be without the services of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Aleksandr-Samedov-c4609.
Voronin and Samedov left the Moscow-based club to join Fortuna Dusseldorf and Lokomotiv Moscow respectively, after falling out with their manager, Sergei Silkin.
Commenting on the overall status of the team after Voronin’s departure, Rykov admitted that it was a pleasure to play alongside the Ukrainian striker. Rykov, meanwhile, wished the 33-year-old forward a happy time in Germany.
The Russian stopper went on to express his opinion about the commutation of limits on foreign players in the Russian Premier League, admitting that the old system was better beacuse it encouraged the managers to pay more attention
to youth.
The fact that the European match will not be shown on TV disappoints Rykov, who believes that this is bad news for both set of spectators.
“We want to rectify the situation after winning against Dundee, a brilliant team with decent strikers.”
“I think Olympics are overshadowing everything, even the European Cups. Probably, there are more Olympic spectators than the football.” He said.
