The Russian tactician has congratulated the striker upon his national team call-up and insists that he has good relations with Igor Semshov
Dynamo Moscow head coach, Sergei Silkin, has expressed his delight upon Igor Semshov’s selection at the Russian national team ahead of Euro 2012.
Silkin believes that the 21-year-old striker, who has scored five goals this season, deserves a chance to play in the continental tournament after a decent Russian Premier League campaign.
Though, Silkin has not provided more starts to the promising young striker this season, Kokorin has fulfilled his role whenever called on the pitch. The Louders manager has often used him as a back-up striker, should the Dinamiki

The former Dinamo Minsk player has praised Kokorin, admitting that the former Lokomotiv Moscow forward is getting better with age. He has conceded that the Russian striker is a sharp and dangerous striker and gave example of his
terrific performance against Spartak Moscow.
“The guy has just got older. As a result, he is full of energy. The game he played against Spartak can be used as a reference point for knowing his skills. However, he still needs a lot to learn and he needs to calm down.” The
51-year-old was quoted as saying.
Silkin went on to tell that he helped Kokorin in different aspects and once provided him with some good reading material. Silkin conceded that he has given him an interesting book “golfer and a millionaire," written by Marc Fisher.
“The book is all about how to become a champion and how to achieve your goals. It is interesting and instructive. Moreover, it’s helpful not only in the football sense but also in life. For example, it tells you how you can get
out of depression with honour and dignity.” Silkin said.
Speaking on his relations with http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Igor-Semshov-c16748, Silkin has conceded that he has succeeded in redeveloping good relation with the Russian midfielder.
Their conflict started when Semshov had refused to shake hands with the manager after he was substituted during the third league round match against Spartak Moscow.
