The Ukrainian striker has admitted that he will leave Arena Khimki this summer should he receive a suitable offer on the table
Dynamo Moscow striker, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Andriy-Voronin-c6020, has hinted at leaving Arena Khimki in the upcoming summer transfer window.
The 30-year-old attacker, who joined the Moscow-based club from http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Liverpool-c39809 in 2010, has admitted that he will jump at an opportunity to play in a bigger European club should any of the Russian outfits fail to take him this summer.
“I've got another two-year contract at Dynamo. Thank God, I am having no problems with the management and I believe I am having good relations with the president as well. I would not like to completely rule out that whether I will
stay in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Russia-c2991 or not but I think the time has come to be a part of a new project.”
“When I arrived in Moscow, Dynamo told me about a great project. The club wanted to grow and told me about building a large and modern stadium. It was very interesting. But if there is a serious offer from Europe, I will go.” The
former Bayer Leverkusen player was quoted as saying.
Asked whether he would like to remain in Russia to play for Zenit St. Petersburg, Spartak Moscow or CSKA Moscow, Voronin has insisted that everything is possible in football and he do not want to rule out anything.
If speculations are to be believed, Tottenham Hotspur are considering to offer Voronin an escape route from Russia. The North London Club, who have failed to secure UEFA Champions League qualification this season, are struggling
offensively ever since they have sold http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Roman-Pavlyuchenko-c31639 to Lokomotiv Moscow in January.
Worse still, they will be without Manchester City’s on-loan striker, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Emmanuel-Adebayor-c12526, for the upcoming English Premier League campaign as the Togolese striker will return to Etihad stadium after summer holidays.
There is little arguing that the former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429 hit-man has helped the English outfit during his stay. His rich goal-scoring form has seen him score 17 goals from 33 league appearances this season.
Furthermore, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Jermain-Defoe-c18359 has recently expressed his desire to leave the White Hart Lane this summer.
