Dynasty draft?

keeper league..I have the 2.4 and 2.7 pick. these are my only 2 picks and I want to win this year. with my 2.7 pick should I draft a rookie or Minnesota defense. I know that the defense can give me big points now and the rookie cant so I wanted your opinion.
