  1. Very common for them to go together. Think it has to do with a particular area of the brain which functions differently from the average person.

  2. From:  http://www.mentalhealthproject.com/conte...

"There are substantial clinical overlaps between dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD and learning difficulties. While a minority of children are purely dyslexic, more often the individual will show features of two or three of these conditions in differing degrees of severity."

    Check here also:  http://www.orthopedagogiek.com/dyspraxia...

"There is an overlap between dyspraxia and other developmental problems such as dyslexia.

Dyspraxia and dyslexia overlap and often co-exist in the same person. Dyspraxia is an impairment of the organisation of movement that is often accompanied by problems with language, perception and thought. Dyslexia is primarily a difficulty with learning to read, write and spell and is often accompanied by other other problems such as poor organisational skills. The pattern of difficulties experienced by a person with dyspraxia may vary widely as with dyslexia."

    Good luck with your boy.

  3. It would seem that they do go hand in hand sometimes .

It is the inability to make skilled movements with accuracy ,

this is a disorder of the cerebral cortex resulting in the patients inability to organize the movements due to weakness sensory loss .
