LeBron James, Dywane Wade and Chris Bosh are finally getting their act together. The increased chemistry between the superstars aka ‘Big Three’ of Miami has been
instrumental in sparking Miami to a four match winning streak and the trio from the South Beach turned the heat on again against the Milwaukee Bucks on Monday night.
Dywane Wade led the pack with 25 points and a career high 14 boards as he came back to city where it all started for him. The Big Three slammed 58, roping up 63 percent
of the total Miami points as the Milwaukee Bucks chilled in front of a rampant Heat outfit.
Corey Maggette notched up 20 points for the Bucks, but Milwaukee can't seem to figure out how to win against any team with James on the roster.
Since coach Scott Skiles and general manager John Hammond took over the franchise, the Bucks are languishing at 0-8 against James' teams, only winning once when James
did not play with the Cleveland Cavaliers.
On Monday night as well, it was James who hit the ground running to set the tone for the Miami Heat.
In the fourth minute Dywane Wade hit LeBron in his strides and James finished it with a single handed jack- hammer and he then went coast to coast, ripping all the
way through the Bucks' defense for another thunderous slam to give Miami the initial impetus, as they reeled off a 12-2 spurt inside the first six minutes of the match.
The Bucks responded to the Miami onslaught though as they scored more frequently towards the end of the period slashing a 10 point deficit to 25-21 going into the
second quarter.
Milwaukee started the second quarter from where they left the first and tied the matter at 25, early in the second quarter but Miami turned up the pressure from
there and Wade became Miami's primary offensive threat as the Heat launched a 17-2 run.
Milwaukee was an overmatched mess in Miami's dominant 9-minute stretch missing 13 of their 14 attempted shots and committed four turnovers as the Heat feasted on
the mistakes with fast break- away points.
Staring at an eleven point deficit entering the second half the Bucks turned the screws on Miami and an Andrew Bogut tip shot brought them within striking distance
at 57-61 but the Heats never relinquished the lead as they outsmarted the Bucks 21-12 thereafter to gain a 10 point lead entering the last 12 minutes.
Chris Bosh nailed a jumper and Wade followed it with a three point play as the Heats rocketed to a comfortable 74-61 lead early in the fourth, but the Heat coughed
up the advantage as they faltered with four missed shots and four turnovers during a 4 1/2-minute scoreless stretch during which the Bucks netted 10 capped by a Ersan Ilyasova made a 16-footer to make it 74-71.
Miami stumbled but the Big Three did not, the lethal trio combined to score six match defining unanswered points to take the game out of Milwaukee Bucks sight and
it finally ended at 88-78.
LeBron James finished at 17 points and 6 assists while Chris Bosh had 16 points and 12 rebounds. Carlos Arroyo had a perfect shooting night for the Heats, finishing
with 18 points, shooting 6-for-6 from the field and 4-for-4 free throws complemented with 2 out of 2 from downtown.
Milwaukee got 13 points from Brandon Jennings and 13 points and 11 rebounds from Andrew Bogut to go with Corey Maggette’s efforts.
