  1. If you are returning the goods because you don't like them, then it is up to you to pay for the postage, but if the goods are faulty, it should be the vendor.

  2. The buyer pays unles the seller is vey nice

  3. Well if the product was faulty then I would expect the seller to pay you a full refund including postage.

  4. The seller doesnt usually pay for return of goods, you have to pay for the postage, there are very few that will pay the postage for you.

  5. If the seller is very generous they will.

    Usually the buyer.

Some sellers stipulate refunds do not include postage costs.

  6. yourself will pay for the returns thats if you dont like the product BUT if the item is faulty or not to the description as stated then the seller must pay for the postage ...if no joy just give the seller the worst possible feedback ever

  7. the buyer usually-they usually say they will refund but not on postage

  8. If the seller misrepresented the item than they should pay the return postage.  If they are a good seller they will reimburse you.  Check feedback before you bid to investigate their selling history.

If you changed your mind and the seller is willing to accept the return than you will need to pay for the return of the item.

  9. It should be discloed in the sellers notes. My experience is that most sellers require the buyer to pay for return postage, even if the problem is the fault of the seller, ie shipped wrong item or it does not function.

In those cases you would ship the item back wait for the correct item and ask for re-imbursement of postage. If it were less than $5 I would let it go. If over $20 I would ask, but not expect to be paid.

If you don't like this policy, you have to find sellers who offer free return postage for seller errors.

  10. The Buyer pays postage.

The Seller may refund the cost of the item after it is returned but that is VERY RARE.

Even after dealing with eBay management, their process is so long and drawn out  and the seller is not penalized for bad products so they don't care and usually don't refund.

So,  don't expect refunds on anything.

Most eBay transactions go very well so don't be discouraged by one crappy one.

    Cheers!
