what are the various criterias for making a e governance portal...any satndards that can be laid or compared...newz and artilces....

just go  thru various e-governance sites...like www.mca.gov.in -Minsitry of company affairs...just to  get the idea..as many govt websites..are maintained inhouse...and there is no  such norms..laid by indian internet society...

just thru more websites...and see how they really maintain  the website...
