Re: appointment for getting my visa

To whom it may concern,

I have received my invitation to submit for getting my visa. I am a guest of one of the directors of Deutche Welle (DW) in Bonn. As I am a member of IRIB, I was also invited by DW two years ago for a month.

Kindly give me the earliest possible date for my appointment as I already have my invitation letter in my hand.
