 Sir, Please told what's our benefit to become an IRCTC agent?

1. we can not booked tatkal tickets from 8 am to 9 am. when we booked all the tickets are finishes.

2. waiting e-tickets are also not valid.

3. we can not make break journey e-tickets.

4. IRCTC can not give any commission.

5. we also pay transaction charge & service charge

6. we pay renewal fee. But customer not give any charge. Facilities much better than agents

7. Agents can payments :  a) staff payments b) shop rent c) Phone bill Etc. But customer can not pay and easily booked the e-ticket.

8. few months ago cancellation e-ticket refund on the spot. but now IRCTC take 48 hours as like ordinary customer.

Thus, Many Shopkeeper who not become an IRCTC agents earn much better then IRCTC agents.
