E11 on riso gr 1700

Question

what is e11? Before the machine has this error, my copy lose a image on the outside edge of paper and after that it give me e11 and machine stop running.
I check master on the drump, there is the image on it but ink are evenly on the master except the edge that i lost the immage.

Anyone know how can i fix this problem
