  1. I don't know what carb foods are, but i do know about protein. You can find it in meat, nuts, cheese, and eggs. If you want, here's a good meal plan:

Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 fruit, 1 cup of milk or orange juice

(Double this dose if  you work out for more than 2½ hours in the morning)

Lunch: Tuna (not too much mayonaise) sandwich on whole weat bread, with celery in it. Drink some water and milk. for desert, have cereal, like raisin bran or cherios with fruit. If you insist on putting sugar, use Splenda.

Supper: Potatoes or rice, chicken, and stringed beans... those are good for you.

    hope i helped!

  2. You can eat protein and carbs together, in fact, they should be eaten together... just make sure your carbs are complex ones. An example would be a turkey breast sandwich on 12 grain bread...protein and carb together. This will fill you up, and provide you with energy over a longer period of time.

    Some good protein foods:

    Chicken breast, turkey breast

    eggs (or egg whites)

    fish and shell fish

    beans

    Lowfat/fat free milk and yogurt

Lean meat, such as flank steak, or london broil

    nuts

    Good complex carbs:

    Whole wheat/whole grain bread(pumpernickel, rye)

    oatmeal

    fruit

    whole wheat/whole grain pasta

    brown rice

    beans (again)

    Vegetables

Yogurt with fresh fruit is a great breakfast. Whole wheat toast with a hard boiled egg, and diced melon or sliced berries is good too.

A salad, topped with shrimp or sliced flank steak is a great lunch.

Dinner can be grilled or baked chicken, with steamed veggies.

  3. It is a good idea to eat 6 small meals a day. You could eat lean proteins (fish, turkey, chicken) or some good carbs (whole grains, fruits and vegetables). Stay away form packaged foods as these have too many calories and are not considered healthy choices. Good luck with your program!!

  4. first you have to assess yourself what type of body you want.

loose weight - you will loose energy but you will get slim - low carbs

gain weight - gain energy but gets fat - high carbs

    maintain weight - if you're s**y!!! hehehe....

  5. you want to eat 5 - 6 times a day small meals

you should combine your proteins and carbs together...

u need to eat alot of

    good carbs

    oatmeal

    brownrice

    whole/wheat/brown bread

    vegetables

    fruits

    protiens

    salmon

    chicken

    lentels

    whey protein shakes

    eggs, and egg whites

    beef
