i'm going to start working out 6 days a week with one day off. i need to know what type of foods i should eat...or what meals i can make. i heard 3 small meals a day3 small snacksbut i don't know what to eat for the MEALS....please help!!! what are protein foods and what are carb foods??i heard you shouldn't eat them in the same meal...PLEASE HELP!!thanks :)
