Question:

EASY 10 POINTS.im home alone and im hungry what should i make?

i have choice of:

egg (boiled/scrambled), spinach, beet, turkey slices, cheese, tuna, salad, ummm idk i have like a lot of foods so if u have any ideas?!!

i can mix any of the foods and i like to eat healthy and a balanced mealll

any extra suggestions?!?!?!?!?!?

  2. Well it really depends what you like but i would suggest a sandwich with all your fav foods inside of it.

  3. Make a turkey, spinach cheese omelet with a side of beets.

  5. Make a Nicoise Salad with some of the spinach and some lettuce topped with tuna, a few boiled potatoes, the hard boiled eggs, a sprinkle of cheese (other salad type vegetables you have on hand like tomatoes, cucumbers, onion)  and black or other olives and top with vinaigrette.

    Very french.

  11. mmmkayy. make a wrap;

    take a piece of french bread or a tortila and wrap in it some cheese and turkey bake or microwave it for a little bit. Add mustard cause mayo is too fatty...add your favorite veggies etc. Like lettuce, tomatoe, chopped brocolli, black olives. serve with your favorite fruit...peach, apple, banana, etc. And a little water; goodluck!!

  12. cucumber, lice alot of slices into circles and add lemon or lime to it with salt

  13. okay so take two slices of bread (any kind) in between but turkey, lettuce, tomatoes, etc and close it. for a side meal, try a bag of sunchips there super healthy! for a beverage try making a fruit smoothie with your fav. fruits! good luck!
