i'm 20, i weigh 115, i want to use my inner thigh fat...I HATE IT!!! ugh. what are some good excises to lose it???**also using the bike machine at a medium pace will that help me lose weight there. what is a good ab work out?? or just a good work out routine?? ***i have a gym 1 minute from my house, i can run there i just need to know what to use. **abs**inner thigh**buttTHANKS :)
