EASY 10 POINTS!!!! inner thigh ?

i'm 20, i weigh 115, i want to use my inner thigh fat...I HATE IT!!! ugh. what are some good excises to lose it???

**also using the bike machine at a medium pace will that help me lose weight there.

what is a good ab work out?? or just a good work out routine??

***i have a gym 1 minute from my house, i can run there i just need to know what to use.

  1. to lose weight really quick. this is what boxers do to meet there weight before a fight put on like 3 sets of sweat pants and 3 sets of sweat shirts put the hood on drink lots of Gatorade work your *** off for about 30 Min's get back on the scale i promise if you did it right you lost 3 pounds alone i have a sweat suit its like plastic it does good for inner thighs i would go with steps lots of steps not one at a time like 3 a time but then again noting works for me in 6,7 and only weigh 200 lbs i cant gain weight no matter what i do


  2. First, you can't target a specific area of your body for fat loss. It is cumulative. Look at all of the people at the gym who do nothing but ab work and still have big guts after months of work. They are not losing fat, just increasing their underlying stomach muscle. What you need to do is overall body workouts. Anyway, one of the best things for you would be to learn to squat. Deadlifts are also good. And, no, unless you consume 6000 calories a day and take lots of drugs, as a woman, you will not get bulky. Cheers.

  3. Dispite what glamour magazines try to sell you. You lose fat in an even manner. You can't target and lose fat in that area alone. You can however work those muscles so that when the fat is finally gone, you have nice tonned muscles.

  5. Localized fat loss is largely a *myth*. To start a good workout routine, you need to get your entire body going. That's the way to lose fat.

    Cycling is good, swimming too. Running (if you use proper running technique). Then some toning with exercises. The main thing to remember if you're trying to lose weight: lots of fast repetitions, with little weight (contrary to gaining muscle, which would require slow reps with much weight).

    Maybe try following a "boot camp" video or something like that.  

  6. Squats are great for that- get a bar with weight plates and clips, make sure you have a friend work with you, lay the bar across your shoulders while squatting and lift with your legs. Helps strengthen and tone those muscles. And walking on a treadmill on a steep incline is great for the butt! Good Luck!

  7. lying on the floor holding a dumbbell just below ur inner thigh ang pushing the leg up and down, helps those muscles to work but u also need tro burn the fat there and in this case the answer is always: RUNNING. Bike machine is ok, generally helps u burn calories and excercises ur legs.Since I cant really "show" u any ab work outs, i suggest you to see some videos on youtube (just type "abs work out"), they are really good. A good workout routine should contain aerobic excercise (and by that i dont just mean "aerobic" but also walking, running, bike machine, dancing etc) and should also work all the basic parts of ur body with focused excersices (situps etc) , that means legs, butt, abs, arms, back. At 1st i would suggest that you should use everything at gym, see what feels good, decide where u really want to focus and then move on. Good luck
