but  for me i would choose the first one because that one is bigger i bought an american eagle tote bag for 8th grade and it wasn't big enough, so the first one would probably work better than the second one

Well it depends on your style, but personally I would go with the first one, the colors are more clean and fresh and can go with more things than the darker one. :)

depends what your style is but i say the first one.  the color is more neutral so you can wear it with lots and lots of different stuff...

it looks a little bigger so you'll be able to carry everything you need for class with it.

and i also like that it doesn't have the name brand posted all over it like the other one...
