I NEED SOME IDEAS FOR MY MOTHER IN LAW..HER KITCHEN IS APPLES AND I ALREADY MADE PLACEMATS AND DISHTOWELS(I BOUGHT THE CURTAINS)

how about : floor mat / rug, cup coasters, paint some vases or tea coffee sugar canisters

computer calendar with pictures of you and ur family.  Then laminate it so she can keep it forever. Iron ons that you make urself off the computer.. u can put them on a boughten quilt or make one urself or on even throw pillows. Find a old window... maybe one that has squares in it and put pictures in it and llights from the back and get some heavy cardboard material like you would buy at ur local lumber store for the backing (those are really cool) and then decorate the rest of the door on however her house is.  Print some different apple pictures of sticker paper.  Hope this helps.

I always like the picture calendars, you can get them for about $1.00 in art supply stores, like michaels, or ac moore and you paste a photo in  for each month.

You could make a center piece for the table. Apples decor is everywhere right now. Or I like buying a basket and felling it with different things, like candles, magnets, salt & pepper shaker....any small things they may not have.

make some apple spiced chutney with pretty apple printed material to cover the lids tied with green/red ribbon and homemade labels handwritten in caligraphy if poss.

and a card made from a print of half an apple dipped in red/green paintto decor frount..

you could get some cheap wood thin balsa is good-cut into apple shape[half of] paint white base then use green on edges--add leaves made from [or brought] felt pipe cleaner stalk and attach a hook at back to put a pretty ribbon on to hang and write in centre..MA IN LAWS kitchen etc...
