EASY POINTS. please help guys? i wanna lose weight. i wanna get alotta of help.?

im 15 ,150 pounds, and 5'5

i wanna lose 20 + pounds by october/november

mostly lose inches and fat around stomach, hips, thighs

and get slimmer. ive been trying for awhile but its not working so i need alot of help! so please full answers =]

for excercise one day ill run 30min+ more when i wake up another day run after i eat at 6pm you know. and excercise with fittv. is that good?

for food im gonna eat 5small meals. and drink lots of water and nothing else. for breakfast :

cereal , raisins , apple OR special k cereal, eggwhite , orange OR wheat toast , granola bar, blueberrys or bannana is that good?

snack1: carrots and crackers OR cherries and tea or another fruit

lunch: lowfat yogurt OR wheatbread with scrambleed egg with another fruit

snack2: fruit salad or nuts or cheese

dinner; brown rice with salad or soup with fruit is that good?

if not can you guys tell me what else to eat? please help! i really need this! =]

  1. Sounds like you are doing good. I would recommend doing some sit-ups and push-ups if you want to lose stomach fat.


  2. I am doing the RAW diet which is eating raw foods but changing it up so make sure you don't eat same type foods all the time

    Add Fish to your diet

    Also, as for your cereal change to a Total or those Oat Clusters because I have done some research on cereals some are better then others but what I found out is that you need to eat the cereals highest in IRON and Fiber because when you diet you can become very tired which is caused by loosing iron

    Otherwise, it looks great

    Oh add grapefruit to your diet as well if you like those  

  3. It sounds like you know what you're doing (I'm impressed). But KEEP IT UP. Do not back down from this or it will all be for naught. It will be very frustrating for awhile but this is how you need to be for the rest of your life so just stick it out and it will get easier and you will look and feel so much better = ]

    I actually only want to point out one thing. Try not to set meal limits for yourself. Eat when you are hungry but eat the right foods. If you feel hungry.... eat an apple or have a light salad. Those should take the edge of off your hunger for awhile. Don't try to schedule yourself. Just listen to your body and do what you feel is right for YOU.
