im 15 ,150 pounds, and 5'5
i wanna lose 20 + pounds by october/november
mostly lose inches and fat around stomach, hips, thighs
and get slimmer. ive been trying for awhile but its not working so i need alot of help! so please full answers =]
for excercise one day ill run 30min+ more when i wake up another day run after i eat at 6pm you know. and excercise with fittv. is that good?
for food im gonna eat 5small meals. and drink lots of water and nothing else. for breakfast :
cereal , raisins , apple OR special k cereal, eggwhite , orange OR wheat toast , granola bar, blueberrys or bannana is that good?
snack1: carrots and crackers OR cherries and tea or another fruit
lunch: lowfat yogurt OR wheatbread with scrambleed egg with another fruit
snack2: fruit salad or nuts or cheese
dinner; brown rice with salad or soup with fruit is that good?
if not can you guys tell me what else to eat? please help! i really need this! =]
