Yes, Unfortunately you do....even to upload a picture...I would recommend Amazon.com because they take a little bit out of your profit AFTER you sell what ever it is youre selling...for example i sold a book for 100 bucks...they took out like17 or so...but gave me shipping credit so i made 90 dollars....they also gave me more than enough shipping credit. :)

It is a 20c listing, (but varies, most of them are 20c)

then you can pay more to put extras, eg a pic next to your listing, a border, etc.

You dont have to pay if your item doesnt sell though.
