I recently purchased two 1GB Rams of memory from a seller in San Fransisco, one of which works fine, the other did not and when taking this out of my computer it was so hot it burnt my fingers. I had gone to paypal to try and get them to sort it out and they told me to send the faulty item back, of which I refused as then I would have no evidence that it was faulty. So because of this I emailed Paypal twice and they kept saying I had to send it back and lost my paypal case. So now I want blood and I want to sue either the seller or ebay. Does anyone out there have any ideas of what to do next. As I would love to stick it to them for years of taking SELLING FEES. I.E Fees for putting your items on Ebay, then more fees if it sells, then because we have to use PAYPAL the sister company we pay them even more FEES for using there company. I have had it with EBAY and there shrug offs and now not being able to leave NEGATIVE FEEDBACK as a seller. It was the straw that broke the camels back.
