EBAY SELEER wants money back!??!!?

hi i sold a guy an ipod nano on ebay and when i sold it i said the battery dies fast and the middle button is a little pushy..

he said he want his money back and that the battery dies fast which i said when he bought it..and the middle button is broken.and its a week later. and the warinty past

should i give him his money back?

  1. You should NOT. If you stated these facts in your eBay ad then you are not responsible. Copy & Paste your ad back to him and say "I said this is what happens and I am sorry if you did not read it, entirely".  He may go to eBay and complain or give you a negative rating, however.


  2. no he bought nit you told him what was wrong with it thats his own fault :)

  3. If you were honest, then no. He knew the problems BEFORE he bought it, RIGHT.

  4. ebay offers a "court like mediation" for these things... Go through them.. ebay will then decide if you listed your item correctly.  If it was listed as you stated then you will NOT have to give it back... and the seller can also NOT leave negative feedback about the whole experience...That way you still look like the good seller you are to the rest of your future customers.
