  1. If the set had a reserved price and you did not meet it the seller has no obligation to sell it to you.

I got my son a drum set here for a really good price:

  2. Should have met the reserve price, unless there was none, then sue the SOBS

  3. you bid on the item, but maybe minutes, or hours after you did, someone bid more money than you did, so this is why you did not win. if you want an item that you can buy right away for a set price look for the ones that have the "buy now" button, but if you bid on something it will accept higher bids from other buyers until the auction time is over. Hope i helped!

  4. When a person sells something on Ebay they have a right to set a reserve. If they do not get the amount they want for it they do not have to sell it. If the person decides to sell it to the highest bidder even though they did not meet the reserve price they can sell it to that person.

Wait and see if they contact you, if they don't watch the drum set to see if they relist it. If they do continue to watch it and bid on it again to see if you win it.

If they see that no one meets the reserve they sometimes give up and just sell it to the highest bidder!

    Good luck!

  5. You mignt not have met the reserve

If you are watching the item in my eBay, then it would say in it (Reserve Not Met) in red.
