EBAY question...how can i put a "buy it now" on my listings???

ivee been selling things on ebay recently and wanted to know how do i put on a buy it now on my listings??? if ur interested i have 3 lacrosse heads custom dyed and strung on ebay. black evo pro, red speckled revo, and an orange speckled K18.

you have to sell either 10 or 20 items to be able to do buy it now. im not sure which one, but its one of the two.
