so that mean i lost 32 dollor?

You have probably already figured it out by now.  Like the others have said, you pay nothing unless you have WON the bid.  And the the seller would e-mail you to let you know he requires payment before delivery of product.

No. Your bid is simply an OFFER on an item. If you were the winner you would be obligated to pay the winning amount. But as the loser you do not owe them anything.
