EBAY seller lied to me! HELP!?

Question

I bought 2 paintings on ebay seller from china who has a kinda good feedback.. before i bid, i emailed him tons of times to ask if the canvass are stretched but he never replied!!! I have no idea why..When its few minutes left and the auction is going to end, I bid and emailed him again, this time on ebay and in his personal email but still he didn't reply..I got frustrated with the simple question he wouldn't answer so I posted 2 neutral feedback on his profile telling him I won't pay him until he answer if the paintings he's selling is stretched already/ready to hang or not but lo and behold! The next day, he posted 2 negative feedback on me telling me in his bad command in english that I bid and don't pay and he can prove to me that he responded, I followed up and asked where is his proof of respond to my simple question but he never replied! So anyway, I keep emailing him on his personal email asking same question and he finally responded saying ''YES, they are already stretched!

CONTACT EBAY!!! IF YOU DO NOT FEEL LIKE TYPING EVERYTHING ALL OVER AGAIN, COPY AND PASTE WHAT YOU JUST TYPED ON "YAHOO ANSWERS".

Wow i would be pissed! Well i am an eBay seller and i suggest you contact eBay and paypal right away. That's assuming you paid through paypal. After asking all those questions, and receiving no reply you should have not trusted the seller at all. Go to eBay and click on live help in the right corner. Tell them your issue and they will then force the seller to either pay for the item to be shipped back and give a refund or they will contact paypal and refund your money and you will be able to keep the item as long as the seller does not pay for it to be shipped back.

1 more thing, never trust out of country sellers, if you live in the USA buy things from inside the USA. Alot of scammers are out of country and will do anything to fool you. I bought a screen protector from a guy in china and sent the wrong item 3 times, i kept all 3 and got the right one i wanted. Just contact eBay and they will solve the problem.

well if you want the product to be reached with in 24 hours, wheather you live any where around the world,then try www.medicines.co.nr its new and its fastest so far.Products are of amazon but if you buy it from this website you will get the product in 1 day instead of 7 days(like amazon).i was buying from amazon directly but it takes about 7 days to get the product,then i heard about this site medicines.co.nr they are the only ones who have their own courier service and they give you a free gift also which is worth 100$.I think people are using this website more than amazon.you will find everything here.

contact ebay; go to help and you can talk to someone on the web live or email for help. They are a big help; see what they can do.  Since the item is not as described, you may be able to get a refund. Good Luck

First off, never ever place a bid on an item you aren't sure about. If he was already not responding to your questions before you even bid that was a red flag, for you. You ignored it and bid anyway. When you bid and win an auction, you must pay for it. Unless they post that something has changed about that item.

You should learn a lesson here.
