Question

Can anybody tell me if they know about EBICo energy supplier, ive looked on the net and its seems very good ( but dont they all ) until you sign, then you get a big bill............and are the bills any better ,im with EDF at minute and somebody did mention SCOTTISH POWER any advice would be very much appreciated...............THANK YOU
