EBay French Ver. Site How to pay Euros with USD?

Hi I wanna buy something on Ebay France and they require Euros I'm guessing how would I pay them with USD?

Paypal will take care of the transaction and pay them at the current exchage rate.  As a bidder, of course, you would need to know what the exchange rate was as well to determine the right bid.

It shows how 1 EUR (Euro)= $1.57 in US dollars/cents

In the drop down menu, where it says "Convert", place whatever figure you need (as example, I put in 25) and went down to "Euro-EUR" in the top line and "US Dollars--USD" in the bottom and clicked the Convert button. My result was  that

39.2495 US Dollars (USD) is equal to 25 Euro (EUR) , or rounded up would be $39.25 to equal 25 EUR.

This site lists every currency from the Afghan Afghani (AFN) to the Zimbabwe Dollar (ZWD).

    I would assume that if the seller allows it, you could pay for the item in question with an INTERNATIONAL BANK DRAFT, available at any bank. You have to specify what currency  you want it paid in. Or you could try Western Union or Money Gram. If nothing is specified, you should send the seller an email first and ask their payment method since different currencies are involved.

you pay the american equivalent and paypal takes care of it all im sure
