EBay Primary Number?

Help! I'm registering an ebay account and i live in australia, sydney and it says i have to to a phone number.

I typed in my 8 numbers but it says you have to do 10? Help! How do i rite it in?

Are you registering on the US site or the Au site? Here in the US we have 10 digits in our phone numbers, a 3 digit area code, a 3 digit local exchange and then a 4 digit number.  If you don't, maybe you're on the US site.

In case you haven't heard new policies are going into effect today which you might want to check out before using ebay. Thousands of buyers and sellers from all over the world are boycotting and searching out alternative sites.
