EBay item not recieved?

I bought a cell phone on eBay 2 weeks ago for $35 and the seller put up that it would take 2-3 days to get to my house using USPS Priority Mail. A few days ago I sent a message to confirm that it was shipped. It has been about 5 days since and I never received a reply. The person has about 10 100% positive feedback and has only sold 2 other items. Another weird thing is that they had 3 other cell phones that ended on the same day as mine and the buyers still haven't left any feedback for them. Should I be worried?

Maybe and maybe not.  I just received a package from USPS which was sent by an ebay seller.  It took 16 days to go from Florida to Utah.  USPS is the worst possible way to send anything.

The seller should have given you a tracking number.  USPS cannot be tracked successfully, but if there is no tracking number you know it was not sent.

If the seller has only sold 3 things, he probably doesn't know what he is doing.  It could be that you got scammed, but I would give it another week before I would begin to get angry.
