EBay question please help

hi there,

i sold something on ebay last night. well i read my email and it said that the payment from the customer went through to paypl

no prob.

now, on pay pal is says that the payment details went throught & that is is is 'unclaimed'

and asks if i should accept of refuse

what does this mean

You have to accept the payment.

It means you have the opportunity to accept or refuse the transaction.  If you accept, a contract has been entered into with the initiator of the transaction to provide some good or service and from then on you are legally obliged to send that product that the money was paid for.

You need to accept the payment, think it means you don't have a pay pal account, you might need to set one up, I have one and it perfectly safe.
