Is it illegal to on ebay to say your selling an item, but in reality you are actually selling a photo of the item but they buy it for $200 and in the fine print it says your buying a photo of the item, so they paid for the photo by mistake? Not sure if you catch my drift but if you do, tell me your thoughts. Also say that they bought it and you sent them the photo they get all confused and mad, can they get a refund at all cuz they "you are only buying a photo" in fine print was there?

  1. Unfortunately some people are too stupid to read the fine print....so you may have them there.  I am not sure if it is illegal or not but it is IMMORAL....haven't you ever been scammed out of some money?  Do you really want to hurt people like that?  One day you ought ta look up the word Karma and get a clue on life.

  2. Dude, I can believe that you are actually thinking about doing something like this, this is extortion. First of all, you will have to  put on the title that it is a photograph, and not listening as the product itself. If you do not do this, then you will have to clearly specify what it is, otherwise, the customer will fill a dispute, and then for sure will scale it to ebay, where they will look at it and surely get you, probably make you payback to the customer and suspend you for 14 days. My suggestion; find something else to sell that it is actually real.
