ECI summer trip?

has any teenager been on an eci high school summer trip. im thinking about going on one....have any advice?????

i want to go to spain or costa rica to practice my spanish.

I went on a middle school trip to the east coast (NYC, NJ, Washington, etc.) Oh and a People to People student ambassador trip last summer when I went to Italy, France, Monaco and Malta. Scheduled trips like that can be really fun but not usually what you expect. It depends on the group of people you go with the structure of the overall trip. Still take the opportunity if you can. Pack light, take lots of pictures, bring a journal if you can, bring more money than you think you will need, send postcards, bring toilet paper where ever you go (the bathrooms can get dicey), be spontaneous and outgoing, don't let fear set you back. Trust me you won't want to look back on a once in a life time trip and regret something that you were possibly afraid of. Have fun!
