ECNR on my passport ?

i am working in MNC, I am not graduate, my company wants to send me to Japan, i don’t have the passport,

Now let me know Is it compulsory to get a ECNR on my passport for Japan ? If yes then how will i get it as i am not graduat.?

if you dont get ECNR, you may have to spend some extra time in emigration check in the airpot. thats all. dont need to bother

Dont worry no immigration check is required for Japan it is only required mostly for middle east countries and if under the new rules passport dose not contain any provision for ECNR whether of not you are graduate of not.
