Ella is just was too popular, My son who is 4 years old had 3 Ella's in his preschool last year, One Ella Claire, one Ella Grace, and one Ella Elizabeth.

Maybe try Emerson, or Elyse? if you like the sound of an "E name"

To be honest if my name were Bella I wouldn't name my daughter Ella.  They are beautiful names if you like the resemblance to your name.  Good luck.

That is adorable. I love Jackson because Jack is a great name, but it is boring to name your son John. Ella is precious as well. Have you ever thought of using Ella as a shortened name? Such as: Isabella, Jayella, Ellen, Eleanor, Elizabeth etc. But Ella alone is great, too. (My sister's name is Alex, without the andra/andria)
