Question:

EFC=0 Including Work study. What if I do not want to do work study?

Does that mean i would have to pay 2200 out of pocket? and what if i do decide to do the work study will it just be a regular job not a work study no tax job?

Work study jobs are usually a better deal because the amount you earn doesn't count against you when you apply for financial aid next year.  Also the school is usually very good about scheduling your hours around your semester schedule.  I don't think there is such thing as a no tax job anymore.  The max amount you earn is so small you'll reach it in about a month.  

    If you decide not to do a work study job then no you will not have to pay it back.  Work study is money you earn, just like a regular job.  Keep in mind, even with an EFC of 0 you may still have to pay out of pocket depending on how expensive your school is and your ability to get scholarships.  

    The max amount you will get in Pell with an EFC of 0 is around 4,731 a year if you go full time.  As a freshman you can borrow up to 3500 a year as a dependent freshman.  You may also qualify for your state grant program as well.  Here is a good book about fin aid.
