EGR valve sensor "check engine" light, will this pass or fail for a Pennsylvania Inspection?

I have replaced the mass air flow sensor and the check engine light remains lit.

I just want my car to pass PA state inspection.

Any chances of passing?

  1. i live in pa. too. some of the cities don,t have emissions, but if yours does, you need to get that fixed or it won,t pass the emission test.

  2. definitely fail

  3. The check engine light is connected to all emissions relates sensors so if it's on for any reason, you'll fail,

  4. My car had the same problem and it failed. had to get it fixed asap

  5. I seriously doubt it. I'm in WV and if you have a check engine light on here, the vehicle fails inspection and we don't have emissions testing/ Thank the tree huggers and EPA. You're gonna have to repair or replace the EGR problem then reset the ECM. Good luck.
