ELC Happyland train track...does anyone have a perfect layout?

No matter how I try I cannot arrange an interesting layout. The kids want more than an oval and need my help. A photo would be helpful - its a long Summer hols eh!!

I have some but i integrate it with the road track too, so we have more pieces and the trains still run on it. Hence, we are able to do more with it.
